Good position within 10 min walking distance to Railway Station and right next to the bus stop for Venice. Very good and clean accommodation. Excellent parking with video surveillance. Very kind staff at check in and check out.
Even tough WIFI was available for free, when I requested the access code on my second day I was told by the receptionist that I have to pay 3 Eur / hour. Next day, another receptionist provided me the access code and confirmed that it is actually for free.

Everything was good. Stuff extremely friendly and helpful, we got our ticket for the bus at the reception. The room we stayed in was not renovated, but fine, comfortable and clean. Free parking. The bus stop is 150 m away, and goes every 20 min. Good value for money.
Last bus back from Venezia leaves at 24.00, so if anyone plans to spend a night out in the city, may want to reconsider.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Venice. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the closest bus station where I could easily catch a bus into Venice. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service, giving me a map and clear directions for using public transport. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with modern bathrooms and even a balcony. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which included a delicious cappuccino.
No negative aspects. All was great!

Our room was recently renovated, new, modern. The hotel is situated near ancient Venezie. :-)
There was only sweet things in breakfast. Ham and cheese are missing from the breakfast.

The staff at the Hotel was very helpfull and friendly, good service. Bus station to Venice just two minutes away, tickets available at the reception in the Hotel. All together very convenient and fair pricing if you stay just for a couple of nights for a visit to Venice.
probably the only thing which I did no like - the breakfast buffet, very continental and only sweet food.
